Queensland Youth Choir provides children and young adults from Prep. to age 25 with a rewarding developmental experience through training in and performance of, choral music. Four ensembles, catering for developing ages and abilities, facilitate growth in musical, social and leadership skills.
QYC also provides early childhood music classes for the very young - from birth to age five - as well as a community choir for those 26 and over.
A brief description of each ensemble appears below. Further detail on each group is available by following the relevant hyperlinks.
VoiceWorks
- An SATB choir for young adults from Year 12 to age 25
- Rehearses Tuesdays 7:00 to 9:30pm
- Venue: Old Museum Building, cnr Bowen Bridge Rd & Gregory Tce, Bowen Hills
- Compulsory weekend training camp in March/April
- Entry by audition.

Vivace Voices
- An SATB choir for secondary students from Year 8 to Year 12 + 1, which also rehearses and performs as the Vivace Male Ensemble and the Vivace Ladies Chorus
- Rehearses Mondays 7:00 to 9:00pm
- Venue: Old Museum Building, cnr Bowen Bridge Rd & Gregory Tce, Bowen Hills
- Special attention is given to the particular demands of the changing voice
- Compulsory weekend training camp in March/April
- Entry by audition.

StellaVoce (formerly the Queensland Children's Choir)
- An SSAA choir for middle school children from Year 4 to Year 9
- Rehearses Saturdays 1:00 to 3:30pm
- Venue: Old Museum Building, cnr Bowen Bridge Rd & Gregory Tce, Bowen Hills
- Compulsory weekend training camp in March/April
- Entry by audition.
